These are the Terms and Conditions of MAMM International (hereafter named MAMM), that you acknowledge and agree to, before proceeding with your subscription (whether Free or Paid):

1. Work or Castings (Auditions), are NOT guaranteed, as they are solely dependent upon the client’s selection process (the client being the Director, Producer, Photographer etc.). We will do our utmost best to promote you and submit you for all suitable roles and jobs. Please note, we do NOT contact you every time we submit you for jobs. If the client selects you for a job or audition, we will contact you immediately. Sometimes auditions and jobs may come up at very short notice.

2. MAMM is NOT an employer, it is an agency. Therefore, MAMM does not withhold Tax or organise Superannuation for you. As payment for services provided to you, MAMM earns a commission and/or admin fee from your Gross income, ranging generally between 10% and 20%, plus GST (depending on the job you are contracted to do). Some jobs may be on a negotiation basis between the Talent and Agent.

3. Payment rates for jobs will vary depending on the employer, job exposure, type of work, and your industry experience. MAMM will pay you ASAP after receiving payment from the client (who is the employer). MAMM pays by direct deposit, so you will need to have valid bank account details to receive payment for the work you do.

4. It is always your responsibility to keep records of ALL jobs you attend and complete, including the dates and hours worked by you. You are NOT permitted to contact the Client/ Employer (such as producers, directors, or photographers) directly, or discuss fees or contract information with them. You are to discuss such information ONLY with MAMM.

5. MAMM is NOT liable in any way, for any injuries or damage caused to you, or to your personal belongings, by any job you are commissioned to do, whether they be physical, emotional, spiritual or any other visible or invisible affects. MAMM is NOT your employer and therefore is not responsible nor is it responsible for any insurances such as public liability and workers compensation. These are the sole responsibility of the employer, who is usually a production company or other media/entertainment company hiring you for the job.

6. MAMM is NOT responsible for any job cancellations or non-payment of monies by the employer, whether due to unpredictable weather, or any unforeseen event, or even a change in schedule determined at the employer’s discretion.

7. You are to be always professional: No drugs or alcohol are to be consumed prior or during your employment hours; you are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to every job you are assigned for; you are NOT to use a mobile phone for calls or for taking photos or videos during your work hours. You also agree to never post any content about the job and location, on any social media or public domain, or speak to any journalist or publication about such information.

8. You give consent for MAMM to upload and publish your website profile, which will contain your name, your photos, your videos, and any physical attributes and measurements, that may be visible to the clients, as well as to the common public. You also understand that your website profile (and photos), are not restricted to only the MAMM website, and therefore, may appear on future Google searches, and on our MAMM social media accounts.

9. Your personal information, such as your date of birth, phone number, email, address, and financial accounts will not be shared with anyone (except your employer once you are firmly booked for a job), and these details will be treated with the strictest privacy and confidentiality.

10. MAMM does NOT charge a registration fee. Your subscription fee (if opting for the paid offer), is for the promotional tools, in the form of website profiles, that are used to promote you and to find you work in the entertainment industry. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically, unless terminated by either party, with one (1) months’ notice, in writing (email).

11. Once payment for your subscription is processed by MAMM, then it is no longer refundable.

12. If you are under the age of 18 years, you are required to have a parent or guardian accept the above Terms and Conditions on your behalf. Their name and contact details will also be recorded in your application.
